About the crew

A hands-on epoxy floor-coating crew.
Prep and all.

Family-run since 2017. years. + floors coated.

Owner

Our founder - on the grinder, on the topcoat.

We started this crew the way most good floor coating crews start - on our knees on someone else's slab, learning that the job is won or lost in the prep long before the topcoat ever goes down. That's the standard we built the business around.

What I tell every new hire: the floor is won or lost in the prep. You get one chance to grind the slab to profile, one chance to repair it right, one chance to broadcast the flake even. If the crew skips the moisture test to make the next job, the coating tells on them in 6 months.

We don't sub the labor. We don't roll a coating over a slab we never ground. We prep the floor, we coat the floor, we come back to check the cure. That's the whole pitch.

Equipment

The grinder does most of the talking.

Most cheap floor jobs fail for one reason: the slab was never properly ground. A roller and a bucket of epoxy will lay down a coating, but without mechanical profile it never bonds - it peels off in sheets within a year or two.

We run commercial diamond grinders, dust-shrouded shot blasting, and dust-extraction vacuums in rotation. Garage floors, showroom slabs, warehouse floors, and exterior decks all get the same profile prep, no shortcuts, no airborne dust.

Diamond grinder

Profile prep

Opens the concrete pores so the basecoat keys in mechanically. Dust-shrouded and vacuumed.

Shot blaster

Large-area prep

Fast, even profile across warehouse and commercial floors. The right prep for high-build systems.

Coating crew

In-house, not subbed

Grinders, basecoat techs, and broadcast specialists on payroll. Same hands every floor.

How we work

Three rules we don't break.

01

Same crew, same floor.

The names you meet on the estimate are the names on-site for the install. No subcontracted installers, no day-labor handed a roller for the first time.

02

Quote in writing, before work.

Every scope is written down - sqft, coating system, mil thickness, prep method, flake or color, topcoat, cure plan. No surprises mid-install. No change orders unless the scope actually changed.

03

Workmanship guaranteed.

If a delamination or finish defect shows up within the warranty window, we come back and fix it. That's not a marketing line - it's in the written quote.
