What we don't do

A short list, on purpose.

We coat concrete floors. We don't pour new slabs, lay tile, or install carpet and hardwood. If the project needs those trades, we'll point you to the people we trust - but you won't see them on our quote.

  • No new concrete
    We coat existing slabs. New pours go to a concrete contractor.
  • No tile or carpet
    Resinous and polished floors only, not other floor coverings.
  • No roll-on kit installs
    We don't apply coatings over an unground slab. Prep is non-negotiable.
  • No coating over failure
    If an old coating is delaminating, it comes off first - we don't bury it.
  • No skipping moisture tests
    If the slab fails a moisture test, we mitigate first, not coat and hope.
