Garage Floor
Epoxy.

Full-broadcast flake over diamond-ground concrete, sealed with a clear topcoat that shrugs off hot tires, oil, and road salt.

Why prep is everything

The coating is the last step. The grind is the first.

A garage floor takes hot tires, dropped tools, oil drips, and tracked-in road salt. The coating people see is the last thing that goes down - but the diamond grind, the crack repair, and the moisture test are what keep it bonded for a decade.

We diamond-grind the slab to open the concrete pores, fill cracks and spalls, broadcast color flake into the basecoat to full refusal, then lock it all under a clear topcoat. That bond is why our floors do not peel where the cheap roll-on kits fail.

Standard build is a full-flake system: epoxy basecoat, flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic or epoxy clear topcoat. We can spec a thicker mil build or an anti-slip additive for shops and wet bays.

How it works

From grind to topcoat.

01

Grind & repair

Diamond-grind the slab to profile, fill cracks and spalls, moisture-test.

02

Basecoat

Epoxy basecoat rolled tight into the open concrete for a mechanical bond.

03

Flake broadcast

Color flake broadcast to refusal, then scraped and vacuumed flat.

04

Topcoat

Clear topcoat seals the flake, leaving a smooth, wipe-clean surface.
